Bread Hovis best of both £1:00

    Beat that

    Someone already has :

In our local shop, it's £1.20 for a loaf and £1.20 for a 4 pinter.

Not sure how mike is (honestly!) but my local Co-op sells Hovis white at 2 for £2 or £1.20 each and Wartburtons ar £1.35 each. I try to buy the out of date ones as I got 4 in Tesco yesterday for 68p ech!

don't use the bakery as its as dry as sandpaper. Worse when you freeze it.

Just an update tot he price of a loaf - I've just paid £1.45 for a loaf of Warburtons:eek::eek::eek: a huge 10p rise in a matter of days!!!!!!!

I really need to find a cheaper loaf that DH likes!
  • I got 3 x Hovis sliced loaves for £2 in Asda yesterday, all varieties, had a look at the sticker and there was no expiry date for the offer so unsure if this is a longterm thing? with kids school lunchboxes and son and hubby who are carb hounds chomping their way through it, we get through loads, so this is a good buy, best offer Ive seen.

Don't usually shop at Asda as its quite a way for me, so am sure others who shop there regularly might know if this is long term offer?
