Thought this would be the best place to post?

I saw a link on here to the cellophane wrapping for hampers etc, I ordered some at £1.60 delivered for 2 metres (just plain).

But, I have just got back from Lidl and they have loads and loads of cellophane film in both clear and lots of different christmas designs. The clear comes in 10m roles and the christmassy ones come with 5m per roll. Cost just 99p each!!

I picked up a couple as I plan to make a couple of hampers over the next week or two. Hope this helps someone :)

Many thanks for the cellophane tip, I managed tp get thre rolls from lidl today. :j

I made a Christmas card the other day for an advent swap I'm taking part in...

    And a revised advent countdown...

And a week or so ago my mum bottled up some Damson Gin she started making 6 weeks ago following my Grandma's recipe - its on my blog if you fancy it

Also a bit of a grabbit, I brought the book Gifts from the Kitchen a week or so again from Amazon for £10 but I spotted it in the Works in Birmingham this weekend for £5 bargain!! It would make a lovely Christmas present or gift for yourself there are some fab recipes in it!

I know I Know, its hard being this great, but somebody has to do it...:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I did the skittles (colours of the rainbow :D) they smell gorgeous! Did try a bit of the green one as i had done slightly too much...by about a glass ;) and it was delicious!

I did a black jelly baby one, that smells divine but i didnt get to taste it as my OH got there first! Also Pink jelly baby flavour!

Then i did some fruit salad ones (remember those! :o) which i managed to get online.

I've made enough for two gifts, one im giving to my OH's sister and partner, 15 bottles, 2 of each of the skittles ones, 2 of the pink jelly baby ones, 2 of the fruit salad ones and a black jelly baby one (didnt have enought black jelly babies in the packets to make more )

And then my mum is taking one of each of the skittles ones for one of her mates for new years.

They do! But they are only double shot bottles, so i thought it was a creative way to give them a litre of voddy! :D

This seems like a fabulous idea!! I've just scrolled through some of your posts trying to find out how to make flavoured vodka and I managed to also want to make your marshmallows and your gingerbread house ;) but no vodka recipes... I thought you would leave the sweets to soak in but the colour was so rich I wasn't sure if that was how?

If you could advise I'd really appreciate it... Now I'm going to have to make everything!! :rotfl:
