I think the word you're looking for is astute. And if you have to simplify things down to spades when you talk of DMG, then I can see why he/she is not exactly on the ball.

Get over yourself; if you aren't able to respond to an on topic point, and instead want to solely resort to petty flame baiting, dragging something off topic to tell someone to "stop making yourself look stupid" (Which, btw I don't mind making myself look stupid, if the end result is someone not having to spend 10 minutes on the phone in a queue I.E the point of this forum).

I was trying to be nice. Seems you don't get that. Sorry. To be blunter, the OP has posted poor advice which is incorrect. The DSRs don't apply for the reasons I stated. If you look at the regs you'll see that they only apply for a limited amount of time in certain circumstances. There are a number of exclusions, for example for services where the service has been supplied.
