risenshine, I really wouldn't bother. Looking at their website too the 'testimonials' are clearly invented, with stock photos etc.

I know I'm just one customer but I used groupon a lot and not sure I will again if this isn't sorted.

Forgot to mention too, I have posted repeatedly on the Groupon facebook fan page and they just delete it right away without responding.

Sounds familiar - they did the same to me. Not really the best way to deal with complaints.

was thinking of using groupon but might avoid now if this is how they respond to problems.

Anyone who buys teeth whitening over the internet from some idiot in the US deserves to get ripped off. Same with the acai scams.

Maybe actually read the thread before making such a nasty comment.

Groupon is a reputable company, and Hollywood White is not a U.S company, this has been covered above.

Has anyone made progress with this?

I got an email from Groupon today which is next to useless as i told them that Hollywood White ignore my emails.
