Valli phrased everything much more eloquently than i ever could. I would like to echo those sentiments and say thank you one and all for being such a wonderful bunch.

Got a friend hitting a bad time in birmingham who I am really worried about. He's gone out with a girl who we could see was using him, we told him anyway he's had a bust up' with her and on a down hill spiral fast. So worried but not a huge amount I can do.
One day I might be more organised...........

nah if he's stupid enough to forget I have an implant in my arm he can fester hahahaha

Milk is minging.. mostly pus anyway from the cows having mastitis caused by the drugs given to stimulate extra milk supplies... instead of letting the calves suckle..

The implants.. you do know the higher your BMI the less time they are effective? My lovely large friend found hers stopped working after about 2 years..

Yes piggers, I get mine replaced slightly more often because I'm a fatty :)

Well that's DP and 2 other friends heading to Birmingham to collect friend who is being silly/has been silly. He's a long story but anyway they've gone to get him now so I can settle a little, not a huge amount but a little as I know DP's not battling drunks and friend will be home by lunch time tomorrow

Bedroom getting there still, got 'piles' for each other room developing nicely and a nearly clear bed. Will have to complete it tomorrow now its started. I must, please make sure I do. Everywhere else still nice, tidy and nice smelling.

    Morning All

Went to bed at 11.50, DS got in bed with me at 2.45 because he'd had a nightmare and I didn't get a lot of sleep after that.

Still have some ironing to do - I didn't complete the challenge but only because I spent 2 days doing the kids' bedrooms. I've still got a load of washing to do but you've told me I can't do any today although DH might stick a load on and then it will sit there becauise he never transfers it over to dry also he's nagged. Downstairs need sorting and tidying as does our bedroom and I'll start to take the Christmas cards down today so there's room for DD's to go up tomorrow - and I didn't get her card when I went out yesterday!

So loads to do but I need some energy to do it so we'll see.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

    Happy New Year to everyone.

Watched the most amazing fireworks display last night, needed my ear plugs!!

Today I am coughing and spluttering, so am staying in and reading my book. OH has just headed off to a car show he has hear about, I think it finished last time, but he won't have it, so has headed off for a bus armed with his camera to prove me wrong!! I guess he will be back later on this afternoon via one of the pubs!!

    Take care xxx

Something in the air I think - DD did the same this morning and with her kicking and shoving it wasn't the best nights sleep!

Anyway - HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone. Hope it goes well for everyone.
    xx

Can't have a day off though, too much to do and we are not going to see anyone. So today is:

    • Dailies
    • [STRIKE]WM - It's the kids bedding today[/STRIKE]
    • HOTSPOT in my room that I didn't do yesterday
    • Get 16yo to do hers. Threats with total stuff loss tends to work.
    • Clear kitchen cupboards of food I won't use or out of date. Those good idea buys that are anything but.
    • Clear the freezer too. [STRIKE]I have loads of fish in there that I was trying but didn't like. I'll cook it though and have a happy cat tonight.[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]List my SC on Ebay. Yep - I'm sorry. I bought one last year but have never used it so its sat in my kitchen cupboards.[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Kids to the park after lunch.[/STRIKE]
