Congratulations Jenny - it must be a wonderful feeling!
    Have a lovely holiday Cat.
    Feel better soon cyclingyorkie.

Well one load of sheets in the WM. Will unload the DW and then head out to Sainsbugs for the mini cake bites for sweet-toothed people tonight. I've also got to get some washing liquid as just realised we're running low when I put that wash load on. Then home for lunch and a mad tidy, do my nails and hair and change, and then make a start on prep for tonight as they are coming at 7pm.
If I don't make it back on here today, then a big

    Tuesday...
    HHI

    Wednesday :D:DDONE :D:D

    Thursday

Quick whizz over the downstairs with the vac and mop
    Bins emptied and cleaned out
Wipe over cooker and kitchen units

    Personal list:
Washing - working on it :o
Wash up - more to do again
Decorations down - new year clean start and all that :p

Right, I'm off to jump in the bath while DD continues to watch her annoying tween programmes.
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

    Ironing Basket Empty. Ta Daaaa!
    Flat Dysoned yesterday.
    Recycling done, more recycling created.
Will leave recycling of bottles till tomorrow:D
Amazon order parcelled so will see if Post Office open and check fridge before leaving, I know there will be edible bargains on the High Street.

    Slipknot? At bedtime?
Would it be possible for those of you with noisy bedtime partners to reframe the situation and hear it as the most relaxing and pleasant sound in the world for you?? I know it sounds far fetched but it might just work... it's a "glass is half full" sorta thing.;)

I had to Google this to fill in the details: there was a TV astrologist called Evadne Price who had a programme here in the West Midlands: she ended every weekly show with the phrase "Think Lucky and you'll be Lucky". And that's my intention for 2011. More :j than .

    to all.

thats it then, afternoon of stitching i think.
  • Why would a bus company run a Saturday service on what is a normal working day - even in Scotland

Off to do a tidy and put shopping away (and work out what I spent cheering myself up after a hectic and early start:o)

Hugs, spoons and sticks as needed (maybe there is something to be said for living and sleeping alone)
