    Oh my god I feel ecstatic! We have been ploughing away at our mortgage arrears for the last year and a half and today paid off the final arrears payment and are back to normal payments :) I feels so good and I'm so chuffed to be going into the new year with one of our big financial problems sorted :D

    Kitchen sparkling. Both bathrooms clean. WM on. Cleared fridge - rather than bin things, as I'm doing GC, veg blanched and frozen. Brunch to use up little bits.

    Off away today. It will be lovely to come back to a clean house. (Tee hee - DH just read that over my shoulder and picked up the hoover)

    Happy New Year all. Away skiing next week so see you on 9th.

    Thank you poohbear59 and cyclingyorkie :) I have been in debt for most of my adult life so this does feel amazing :) I can't stop smiling,lol! I have always said that to be out of debt would feel like winning the lottery and I really feel one huge step closer now :)

    Well no list from piggers today so bringing forward whats left of mine - have been so lazy this week :o
    Monday...
    DONE
    Tuesday...
    DONE
    Wednesday
    Binbag dance.. how many of those infernal wire ties did we get? :eek:
    Find home for some of the presents -
    strangely DD's are done!
    Thursday
    Dailies
    Quick whizz over the downstairs with the vac and mop
    Wash coats ready for back to school next week and get homework/bags done. - will have to nag on this one
    Reshuffle boxes to get new stuff homes
    Wipe over cooker and kitchen units
    Check fridge for food that needs using up now! - now that does need doing

    Also need to do a contents of freezers list, update finances as still not done them (but keeping an eye on balance so no surprises) and whatever else comes to mind.

    Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!
