Hi I'm new here, although have been following the thread.

Just wanted to say to Soulie, I'm thinkng of you, big hugs to you and your family.

I love cross stitch. Have a big stash of threads, aida and evenweave, lots of charts and erm, UFO's.

Love the Gorjuss and Bothy threads Dictionary of series (have everyone, except the Dictionary of Love and Flitterflies ones, which is in my basket at Sew and so, just can't justify it at the mo, when have already got lots recently.....:o)

Just finished christmas 2011 cards (they were mean't to be 2010, but got a bit carried away and then I couldn't decide to to give them too..........:eek:.)

I have the same problem in that I use magic aida/evenweave, but have been scared to wash that, but will be doing it tonight so fingers crossed.

I will post some pics, when figure out how to.

no sure if taking about cross stitch is apt at this sad time but my 18 count adia has just arrived 50 x 40 inches for £7.95 so pleased as this is for my HAE Dragon Riders, im going to start again a new with a count that will not kill my eyes
