The only down side is my OH laughing at me :(

I'm sure he won't be laughing if you treated him to a nice meal etc with some of the money @ the end of the year!

You're probably right. At the start, the thought of having extra money at the end of the year was the most appealing but I def want rid of the OD this year so think it's best put towards that (and yes, I am charged for it)!

    Cheers

:T from that statement and looking at the info in your signature you're well on the way to making the changes you want to make. good luck!

just think, once you've cleared it, and if you carry on the challenge into the future, then other years 365 money will be all yours to spend as you want!! :j

if my OH were to laugh at me, i wouldn't be treating him too - i'd get something nice for me... humm maybe a new sewing machine... and see how he likes it then! :rotfl:(and with luck that might spur him on to do his own challenge!)

i've just been onto my online banking (seriously my 3rd time in a year!) to sort out using an almost redundant account for my 365 in 365. It already had a few quid in, so i topped it up to 31. I will pledge to do the same for Feb and March. I will keep putting purse change in my jar when i can. i've written it down and posted it out into the world, so i HAVE to do it now!

Then if i am made redundant i will have at least 100quid to spend guilt free on me when i need something, even if i dont have enough money to add to it again untill i get another job.
