I'm off to read, I can't think of anything more ridiculous to get worked up about!

On a side note, does anyone know if Lush Stores accept returns I've £40.00 worth of soap bars my husband brought me, I wanted the bath bubble bars. Will they swap? I've got the receipt.
But if ever I stray from the path I follow
Take me down to the English Channel
Throw me in where the water is shallow And then drag me on back to shore!
'Cos love is free and life is cheap As long as I've got me a place to sleep
Clothes on my back and some food to eat I can't ask for anything more
  • I keep hearing this about the lush forum having a lot of bullying. Better off staying on here then, hearing about the offers & getting them rather than going logging on to the forum. They sound like a gaggle of witches.
    Whether we win or lose,
that we played at all was a winning decision. :D

Thank you to all who post on here!!!! :A
  • The offer was not organised by the 'bigwigs' of Lush. It was organised by a very active member of the forum, who will be very upset at the fact it has been leaked to non-loyal forum users. Which is why I think the reaction to this has been so strong.
It was organised by hilary, who is as big of a Lush bigwig as anyone is.
  • I was a lush forum member, I joined 5/6 years ago but have not been able to log on for about 4 years. I spoke to and emailed customer services when I placed orders but nothing was done.

I joined about 7 years ago and used to post regularly. I stopped visiting before my daughters were born (who are 5) and I vaguely remember getting an email from them at some point after that saying that they'd switched to a different type of forum and that I had to click something or re-register... something along those lines. I must have done it, as I can still log in. I think it was Lush, anyways....

I didn't try ordering in the end up. I knew I didn't need the lush stuff, but I didn't want it either, was just tempted by free stuff. Good luck to anyone who tried, though!

LOL They are but no worse or better than the gaggle on here ;-P

I'm with Notakid - I cannot believe that grown up (allegedly) women (and I mean on both forums) are getting so wound up a soap...

Still there is nowt on the telly and I haven't laughed so much in ages as I have reading the threads on both forums.

<Scuttles back to my usual forum (which also has a gaggle of witches) - which is neither MSE nor LUSH LOL>
  • How exactly is a little-wig going to produce & organise hundreds of these Ming hatboxes?

Yes, because a forum full of bullies and witches would of course be so popular ;)

Nothing is black and white, I think you will find most forums have some nice and some not so nice people - that's life!

Hilary is also an active forum member
No big food shop for 3 weeks - total spent £27.25
hoping to keep it under £75 for 7 of us and 5 cats 1 dog for 3 weeks
  • I cant fathom myself how wound up people get over things sometimes- i rember there was a toy hamster thread last year, apparently people were phoning up toysrus etc daily asking about stock, i had bought one from littlewoods not realising there was a short suply out there of the hamsters so when i realised i left a message on the thread saying they were in stock in littlewoods. did i get a thankyou? no psml it was ignored as these women were more into phoning up companys on a daily basis and going and queing and fighting rather than just ordering one, ticking it off the xmas list etc. It has to be the thrill of the chase for these women not the actual product at the end:rotfl:
