He hasn't written it yet - bear in mind, he has to check for 'continuity errors' in any new updates he writes, so that he doesn't contradict what he has already written.

Noooo your not telling me its all made up are you...;)

I would never have known (Doh)

But I sooo love this thread and cant wait for next installment and want to see it on TV soon.

Agree. I think there may be a bit of jealousy in the air!

The only thing I'm jealous of is the amount of time the OP apparently has on his hands to make-up this stuff.

This thread has kept a lot of people entertained, and given us a heck of a lot of laughs over the past few weeks - true or not people don't care - it made such a change for the majority contributing to being so friendly. No (well very little) nastiness. Not so many miseries out there - they won't get us down.
I presume Mr J hasn't posted, as they are now in transit so to speak - between homes, hopefully not in A transit - so probably no access to internet.
I for one have been pleased to read the daily progress through a cold dark winter.
Long live Mr & Mrs J.
  • This has probably been the best thread on MSE for years! However, it always did have a bit of a shelf life as there are only so many twists and turns that can happen when moving house, and these have pretty much all happened.

Given the number of injuries, deaths etc that have befallen those involved, I just hope that Mr & Mrs J are both healthy and well...

    Thanks for a brilliant thread.
  • I'm sure 'Mr Jones' will be back with more 'fun' news for us in the near future....

I came accross this thread by accident this morning, the title made me want to read.

So i have just sat here, now with numb bum, reading for a hour and a half, admittedly just really looking at the Jones's posts ....

    OMG

whether true or not... it made good reading...

that is a sitcom in the making or at least a book.

If it is true then Mrs J should be treated to a well earned holiday, advise dog should go to dog sitting service rather than kennels as he is still new to the family.

The clampets well that is a story out of a sitcom, the dirty ole begger.

That has made my midday, i have laughed at some of it.

Alas Mr J i think your life will look positivly boring now the christmas events have finished, although sounds very much like National Lampoons Christmas vacation Welsh side.

Even Gavin and Stacey script writters wouldn't of thought of this one.

Thank you for this wonderful thread, if it is not true, it's still brilliant
