Just a quick note from me concerning the o2 deals people are claiming.
Did you know that you could get a significant amount of cash deducted from a new phone?
I have had 2 upgrades, one for myself and one for my ex. I saved £60 by doing it this way, i could have went with the calls and this would have been ALOT more but i decided it would be better to get the cash off the price of the phone.
During the run up to Christmas i believe that this could save many people alot of money.
The best way is to go to an o2 shop and find the phone you want, see how much you can get by asking the staff to check your account through your mobile number, should you want to get money off your phone (using the sim card that you use most) then just get a new sim free online and put that one in the new phone.
Please note that this only works if you are already with o2 and are on PAYG.
I'v bought the motorola L6 with free hands free earpiece and the motorola v3i with free 512mb mini card. Theres bound to be some good offers over Christmas and this will be a great way to save some money.

The amount you get depends on how much you have topped up by in the last 9 months The offer is for people who have bought a new payg phone but dont want to use the new sim card and phone number.

you can get up to £50

BTW you don't even need credit to do this

just a question, my brother has only topped up £10 in the last year and then switched to tmobile, but still has his 02 sim card, i was wondering if he would get anything on the 02 sim if he tried this offer?

All you got was the £2.50 you normally get when you register new sim.;)
