I have a similar problem but sim is still active to O2 - by chance I did actually upgrade 2 weeks ago and just put my old sim in the new phone. The new sim does not have any credit on it and I can't find out the number as the new phone box has been left at sisters house (and she is on holiday - typical lol) - is there anyway I can find out the number of the new sim card without putting any credit on it?
