thanks for your constructive comment JJ Egan but as I said, I can not turn the phone on, I can not get 3 button recovery or 3 button download method to work, and I can not seem to find methods for this so if you can offer constructive help that'd be appreciated.

YOU NEED TO GO TO THE EXPERTS .
Any advice given here may not be so good . You have lost 3 button download = bricked phone though their is a reputed fix via hacked usb cable and resistors. I know of no way to recover without the download mode .
Apart from xda my only other suggestion is a Samsung Service Centre who may be able to recover but that may be out of warranty as you have altered the firmware with non stock .

Just came across this possible fix .
Remove battery
Enter 3 button download mode with battery removed

Now holding down the buttons stick the battery back in .
