Buyer didn't pay!
Comments

I would have spent the money but at least I would have something to show for it! With the money I got for these tickets I was going to buy some tickets for next year so my boyfriend still had a present.
I'm more annoyed that the buyer hasn't even apologised for messing me around!
I've also just noticed that he's marked 'payment sent' on the item but I haven't received anything and the only type of payment on my listing was paypal :S0 -
I know it's a long shot but is there any point in contacting the ticket agent, explaining that you were unable to attend the gig and see if they would give you a partial refund ?
If they were travel tickets you would have been covered by your travel insurance, is there any chance that your household insurance would cover your loss I know it can be used to payout for some quite odd things.0 -
I would not allow it to ruin your xmas, make the most of xmas and wait til next Year to fret about it.

It will cost £25 using moneyclaim. That cost can be added to the claim amount i.e recovered from the buyer.

The system is easy to use but you just need to make sure you write to him and explain your intentions if he doesn't pay.0 -

The problem is that winning the case does not mean you get your money. If they have no cash or a string of CCJs all you do is lose another 25 pounds. It will cost £25 using moneyclaim. That cost can be added to the claim amount i.e recovered from the buyer.

You need to be sure the person has money or assets before you consider this.0 -
Still no payment despite him saying he was transferring funds to his paypal, which was obviously just to shut me up!
He's also bought some more gig tickets for £100ish since telling me he was waiting for funds!0
