    Are you maybe weighing yourself too often? I know it feels :( to have put on some lbs again but I'm convinced some of those pounds are connected in some way to menstrual cycles so there really isn't anything much you can do about it. Some people say that how their colthes fit is a better indicator and you are now wearing size 12 :T

    Still no motivation - and feeling so tired this week. Going home soon, via the shop for some vitamins. Have been taking the energy ones but have run out - and really seem to be feeling the difference!

    Then an early night methinks :)

    I know the feeling, my diet has slipped a but as I feel less motivated. Just ate a massive chocolate chip cookie and feel urgh.
    Is it the berroca vitamins you take? Interested to hear they actually make a difference, think I need something similar :)

    Yes, and I''m convinced they make a difference. Feel better today, not motivated but definately less tired

    Not really making much progress at the moment and feeling a bit bleurgh so time for a refocus/plan :D

    5 week holiday/8 week run plan
    1. go to the gym at least twice a week
    2. follow 'get round' running plan
    3. eat well - cutting out junk, snacks etc
    4. sunbed 3 times a week
    5. holiday 'goddessing'
    More specific ideas are forming in my head which I will break down into daily/weekly goals but this is the basic plan

    Today;
    • order pedometer (nectar points)
    • go to the gym
    • sunbed
    • eat well
    Week one goals;
    • 2 gym sessions and running plan
    • 3 sunbed sessions
    • lose 2lbs
    • drink 1 litre of water a day
    • daily skincare routine
    Keep nagging me everybody, I will be back with updates :D

    Hi sweetie,

    sorry it's been so long, have just been concentrating on getting through the week.

    I've also regained 2lbs :mad: mainly due to not sticking to eating plan & convincing myself that daily doses of chocolate & cake is perfectly acceptable diet food :doh:.

    All hormonally induced aberrations. Back on the plan today having realised how sluggish I feel again.

    I like your plan, it's a very good plan - especially the goddessing & holiday bits :D.
