    I've been really 'off message' this week, eating loads etc and really feel I need to focus now - keep poppong back to nag :p

    • order pedometer (nectar points) done
    • go to the gym done
    • sunbed didn't manage this one :o
    • eat well done
    Not a bad start, managed a litre of water too but have a headache now!

    Treated myself to the new Sheila O'Flanagan on the way home so it will be Corrie and an early night with my book :D

    Thanks everybody for the nagging :D

    Did the first session on my running programme this morning - only 15 mins walk/run but it was tough! Why did I agree to do this???? Need to keep thinking it's all in a good cause - the charity and my figure!

    Nice early night last night - the book is fab so far! Done my run and a bit of essential shopping today and now going to have a 2 hour housework blitz before I settle down to watch the football :)

    Eating OK so far today, struggle with the water drinking when I'm at home, just not in the routine like I am at work
