Done my running plan - it's so hard, am seriously doubting whether I can do it
Not much else, just reading and watching TV. Of to my Mum's later - am going to walk instead of drive, every little helps!

Work is slow today - trying to avoid the temptation to eat!
Managed my walk yesterday and am intending to go to the gym after work. Did some gradual tan last night so the 'goddessing' begins
List for today:- eat well
- go to the gym
- skincare routine
- gradual tan
