Just applied for and been accepted for a Capital One card :) Will be a low limit but I intend to put some day-to-day spending on it and start re-building my rating, paying it off every month :money:Main thing is I was accepted, I see it as a first step towards getting back on track

Happy Shopper here :) Got a blue top from Top Shop (rare for me not to buy black!) and I fitted in a 12 :j And got a necklace from DP to got with it

Got a birthday pressie for my friend from Argos with Nectar points, got free parking and even bought my lunch with an M&S voucher :p

My only spend was on a new hairbrush - managed to re-create an approximation of how my hair looked yersterday, this morning without too much trouble but treated myself to the larger size brush he recommended

My arms are really aching today after my gym session on Wednesday so hopefully it's doing some good! Have eaten quite well this week so fingers crossed for weightloss when I weigh in tomorrow

Another lazy evening planned, my Red has arrived :D

Clothes from Topshop aren't very generously sized either so that's fantastic :T

Thanks Mags :T In fact, I would say they are 'oddly' sized :p I took 2 size 12's and 1 size 14 into the fitting room, all similar styles, one 12 fitted, one was so tight it wouldn't fasten and the 14 was too big - glad I tried on, I often don't! Thought I would be a 14, and that was the one I really liked - advantage of shopping on a Friday instead of my usual Saturday was enough staff to go and get me a 12, without me having to get dressed and get it myself! :)

Reminds me of one of my favourite 'life moments' :) I went to New York a few years ago, where you are 2 sizes smaller, and was trying on jeans. Took in an 8 (UK12) but they were too big and I got to use the 'once in a lifetime' phrase - 'have you got these in a 6?' :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I have lost 4lbs this week :j Am feeling very chuffed with myself :D Another five pounds will see me to my first stone target, loads of nagging please, I really want to get there!

Am feeling better for a couple of days off, am pleased with my hair and I have stuck to my skincare routine all week so that's looking better too

The only dark cloud is money - March has been a busy month and in attempting to pay myself back when I got paid yesterday I haven't left myself enough money for DD's never mind money to live on! I have £120 in my £365 in 365 days account which I had stuck to since 1st January - I will need to use that for day-to-day spends :( My new credit card should be here in a couple of weeks, I can use that towards the end of the month for groceries etc and then pay it off next month

Few bits to do this morning then I am off to a friends later, night out tonight but fortuanately budgeted for :D

    Morning

Fantastic news on the weight loss :T

Well done, it's such a boost when you see the rewards. Loving the size 6 story too :rotfl:.

You really are on the up now & there'll be no stopping you on achieving your goal weight.

I'm winging it on the finances too this month so will just have to hope for the best ... there's always a way ;)

Enjoy your day & night out

I think you've got this all out of proportion now & are making crazy & frankly terrifying sacrifices

There's a spare jar of nutella in my cupboard - can send on emergency overnight delivery if necessary ;)
