Thanks :A Have done loads over the years, wheat free diet, dairy free, zinc, vitamin E etc. Nothing really works long term but my flare ups are less frequent now (it's always worse in winter - cold air, central heating etc)

Have just watched the Operation Transformation final online - very inspiring :D

evening :) sorry to hear you have been feeling bleurgh but glad you have woken up more positive today! and that you are being nice to yourself :T

I have a little rash just under my nose at the mo :( have been neglecting myself and not eating terribly well lately. i use aqueous cream (Boots generic) on it which is helping.

my eczema was bad in my late teens and at the time I found i was very sensitive to cheese in particular - once within 10 mins of eating a cheesy butty I had a massive rash up my arm. But these days it's only stress that affects it. However, when it does get bad, it takes ages to sort itself out. Thinking of you and hoping all is back under control soon :(

Thanks little_h - I think it's stress related with me I think, and also related to feeling down and not eating well :(

Hadn't realised you were still watching Operation Transformation:T Everyone looked amazing at the end, it's hugely popular over here. I think Dr Eva looks amazing, I always love the clothes she wears.

Good for you lady. My skin has been awful lately, never on my face but have had terrible excema on my body which i am using steroids on. Work stress related but I'm off this week and have decided it's not worth the stress so it's going.

When I'm rich (LOL) I use Clinique but for now I'm a Nivea Soft gal too. I did get 2 Glamours for the samples though!!!

I'm not rich (yet!) but I use clinique and it is the only thing I will use, good thing about it is that you only need a little bit and it lasts for yonks, so is worth investing in even if your beauty budget is low.

Few drinks after work with a friend last night and then went for a sunbed on the way home. Skin is still improving which I'm really pleased about. Have quite a few bruises from stratching. probably when I'm asleep, so will be glad when they go. Am glad the weather is allowing me to wear a long sleeved cardi and opaque tights so they are covered up!
