would a pervy threesome cheer you up any ? :grouphug:
Failing that, how about reminding you of just how damn F* Fabulous you are & that we all :iloveyou:
Could be worse hon, I've eaten that much fish this week that I think I'm growing gills & fins & if that's not bad enough; yesterday I was orally assaulted by a cream filled choclate eclair
It took advantage while I was distracted by removing my cottage cheese from the work fridge & then forced itself upon me

Woken up in a more positive frame of mind and have decided it's time to stop wallowing and make a late start to making some progress in March

I have lost a pound this week but as I put 3 on last week
it's not actual progess! My target is to lose 2lbs this week and half a stone by the end of March. Diet plan is 3 sensible meals, no snacking (works better for me) and light on carbs in the evenings (Joanna Hall carb curfew which is no carbs after 5.00pm, but with my working hours this gets stretched a bit!). My plan also means a minimum of 3 gym visits per week - I've been really lazy the last couple of weeks and hardly been! Alongside this I need to look after myself too - sort out my eczema, look after my skin generally, have a few sunbed sessions. Hopefully all this combined will help me look and feel better
Money is ticking along OK, just need to keep an eye on day-to-day spends but I also need to do a few more social things as my social life has really died down and I'm sure that's not helping my wellbeing. I have booked a couple of days off at the end of the month and would like this to be a mini-break including a hair cut and and some clothes
Need to go a get some stuff done - tidy flat, washing, supermarket etc so summary of the weeks plan;- lose 2lbs
- exercise 3 times
- 3 sunbed sessions
- eczema treatment
- sensible spending
