    Morning sweetie,

glad to hear you're feeling positive again :).

Looks like a very sensible plan & if you like meat or fish & veg then no carbs in the evening isn't difficult at all.

Half a stone should be easily achievable if you stick to the meals & dont indulge in too many sugary things.

Great news on the money too

Will be cheering you on :j

    xx

This may sound odd, but I find giving up sweets, crisps, cake, biscuits and choc for Lent is easy to stick to because it's not 'dieting'. Although it's a bit challenging if someone eats crisps nearby as the smell is tantalising!
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

Had a sunbed but skin is feeling really sore - hope the steroids soon kick in!

Washing done, flat tidy(ish!), supermarket and petrol done, gym bag packed for tomorrow so off for an early night :p

What sort of skincare products are you using? No face wipes I hope--they would be really bad for your skin. Anything with too much perfume would be bad too and sometimes expensive things have too many chemicals. Cheryl Cole recently said she was using E45 cream on her problem skin and now L'oreal are upset with her:rotfl:

I might be all wrong here, I don't use sunbeds but is it possible that steroids and sunbeds wouldn't react well to each other??

Yes, I read that too :rotfl::rotfl:

I'm pretty much a Nivea girl, cleanser, toner and Soft as moisturiser. Sometimes use Lancome (when I'm feeling less poor!) but and very careful because of my eczema. At the moment it's on my face and body so have just started 5 days of steroid treatment - and the sunbed helps too

No, they are fine in this case as the steroids are a skin treatment (think there are different types - sure I'm not on the body builder ones :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)

Lancome creams are very perfumed so avoid any you have in stock until your skin is better. I wonder are there any supplements that would help, evening primrose oil, omega oils, etc. Eczema is a really common problem, there must be some things that would help as steroid treatment is very short term.

Hope the treatment does kick in soon because skin problems are :(
