Sorry Shoe I meant to ring more but my phone rang and I clicked on the Post button x
It's soo hard to get back in the zome when your motivation slips. Youve done so well lately though, got your debts under the £20k mark, kept a spending diary, done very well with the weight loss. Maybe just take a day or two without thinking about any of that stuff and come back when youre ready. We all have these slips :)

Thanks girls - but I fear I have put weight back on :o

Remember that Operation Transformation programme I was on about before, sort of an Irish version of The Biggest Looser. It happened a few times that the females didn't loose any weight or even put on weight because it was their time of the month. The doctor/nutritionist confirmed this to be normal so just something to be aware of. And don't be weighing yourself too often x

Take care of yourself Shoesy, and don't be too hard on yourself.

As everyone has said, everything is heading in the right direction.

Make a nice plan for yourself though, don't put too much in!

Although I need a plan for thsi weekend too, I've got so much that I need to do!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

    Morning sweetie,

last weekend was not wasted, you were chilling & resting; that's time that seems to be much undervalued these days. You work very long hours & need to rest.

I agree with Mags about hormonal changes affecting weightloss too.

I'm in the 'attack' phase of my weight loss plan & feel really low on energy so just taking it easy & only doing what is necessary this weekend.

A brisk 20 minute walk can really lift your spirits - combination of fresh air, getting outside & change of routine or location all provide a boost to your mood.

Be kind to yourself, you're human :A

    xx
