    • exercise 3 times - once
    • drink 1 litre of water per day - mixed
    • stick to budget - yes
    • keep flat tidy - yes
    • stick to skincare regime - no

    2. exercise 3 times
    3. stick to budget
    4. drink more water
    5. eat well
    6. keep flat tidy
    7. work sensible hours and start early
    8. 3 sunbed sessions
    9. skincare routine
    A quieter work week so a good time to really get into a routine with diet and exercise, and start to make some progress :D

  • Looking good Shoe gal, I bought blue shoes and red shoes - both from New Look and both only a fiver!

    I haven't lost any weight but haven't really been trying so you know!!

    Shoesy been meaning to say are you close enough to Central Manchester to go to a big salon ie Tony and Guy but go to their training academy? That's what I do up here and it's only £17. It's not quick...but it does save a lot X
