  • I like the Hobbs ones. Stop showing me shoe pictures. I had to buy a cheap pair yesterday almost flat black v sensible so I can work home from the station/work without getting a cab. I stood in the shop and worked out that since they were only a tenner by Wednesday they would be paid for in what I would have spent in cabs. They look like something a Granny would wear.

I love those Red ones tho.

    Nevertheless she persisted.

    Oooooh luscious :j

Shame the KG ones are sold out but perhaps a good thing as they are quite pricey, although almost irrestible.

I can return the ones I found so maybe we should just have a little red ankle-strap shoe type January treat ... & then vow not to buy any more shoes [STRIKE]for the rest of the month[/STRIKE] :rotfl: until April ?

I just cant resist much longer ... they need me :o

Of course I know you'll tell me to go for it :A I certainly didnt come here to be talked out of it :p .

If I wanted that kind of attitude I'd be talking to my bank manager :rotfl:

He, he Buffy! Love your thinking but I hate it when I have to buy something sensible - don't even count it as shopping :( Whoops - just realised, when it comes to shoes, I don't actually ever buy sensible ones :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Just about to go to my Mum's to watch the footie - and I am wearing leopard print shoes :D

Flat is clean, tidy and hoovered, washing just finishing in the machine so a quick update before I go to bed - need to be up early in the morning!

I ordered the red shoes :D Couldn't resist in the end, and have owned up on the clothes challenge. I haven't changed my total yet in case they are not right when they arrive - and did Quidco of course!

Talking of Quidco, just had an email to say that £42.50 payment is on it's way :j so I will pay that off a debt when it arrives. I should be able to clear Barclaycard at the end of the month so my next target will be my Next account - I owe about £200 so would like to clear that in a couple of months

My Davina DVD arrived yesterday and have done the 'evil weights workout' (as named by Lula :A) - and she is right - it was really hard  I am aiming to do it 3 times per week - and I do like weights workouts as opposed to cardio :)

You see the problem is Lula, is that I also subscribe to Shoegal's diary. (where is the icon laughing in Bond villian style cos that is what I'm doing right now.......MWAH HA HA HA...)

Whilst I agree that the red shoes are gorgeous (my fave are the KG ones but KG not in the sale is JUST NOT ON) they are not very practical and more relevant, you are currently very proud (:j:beer:)on your own thread of managing on a £100 food budget which is half your normal spend. No point in splurging all that hard work on a new pair of shoes.

(Big apologies to Shoegal for contaminating her diary with anti-shoe-shopping-diatribe)
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

Aaah makeup - was wondering when you were going to pop up in your stern voice of authority outfit :D

I have ordered shoes :o but mine were only £39.99 via ebay outlet & I pledge to return them if not absolutely perfect. I've actually paid from my birthday & christmas money/ personal spends account so it doesnt affect any other payments or budgets ... it is going down quite fast though :(

You did prohibit me from buying a £350 leather jacket so just pretend you havent seen this post, pleeeeeeeeez Miss :D

Shoe Gal - Well done on the evil weights workout :j It is evil but I do like it.

Good plans for next week, you can do it :A
