Great to hear of another blood donor too :A I couldn't donate last time either, but am due to go again next friday so am going to make make sure I eat plenty of iron rich foods - that'll be dark chocolate then
Swinstie - not sure if this helps, but if you're a co op member, you can apply for their members CC which gives cashback at 2p for every £1 spent in the co op shop, or 1p back for every £1 spent elsewhere. It's not great amounts but there's no fee & 0% for 6 months. I actually rate them as a bank too.

Been a busy (and spendy
) week. Went out for a curry with some friends last night, and am seeing some other friends tonight. Am determined to finish work at a sensible time and go to the gym - haven't been all week 
And I've booked my hols :j 6 weeks today

Give it another week and we'll all be on the "no money to buy food" diet, everyone seems to over-spending at the moment. At least it's cheered us all up

Went to the gym after work yesterday and then a lovely evening catching up with some friends - and no spends

Had my nails done this morning, looked at some potential clothes for my hols then a lazy afternoon dozing and watching the National
Driving my car with the roof down makes me very happy!
