    same in the majority... i have an ipod shuffle - got it from a mate as a freebie from his work - its only a gig and i change the tracks regularly so always something different... plus i have alot of new tracks that i dont know what they sound like / who they are by so its great soemthign new and inspiring on the tunes.

    headphones - i got sports ones that you wrap around your ear and they sit loosely over / in the ear as opposed to these annoying in-ear ones...

    love my wee nokia - on tesco lite, top up about 1ce a year!

    • lose 3lbs lost nothing
    • exercise 3 times done none
    • drink 1 litre of water per day done
    • stick to budget fairly good
    • keep flat tidy done
    • stick to skincare regime (my skin is awful :o) partly done
    Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!

    Shoe Gal I love your diary, parts of it could have been written by myself! Sorry about the washing machine, hope it gets fixed easily and cheaply :)

    Hows the slimfast going? I used them a few years ago, had a good result as I just didnt think about food until my 'proper dinner' time.
