Trust me, once you do it regularly you will feel more energised, less stressed & gloomy & actually want to do it to get the buzz :)

    Naughty girl confessing all :o

Lunch out - included chips, dessert and wine! Then chocolate and crisps since I've been home!

And £5.30 spends on a sandwich and yet another magazine! Then my free subscription Glamour was here when I got home anyway

Off for an early night, determined to get back on track tomorrow!

    No no no,

do the workout first - then you wont feel so bad about eating & you prevent the beat yourself up spiral.

Trust me on this, just 20 minutes will do.

    Quick march ....

ooh - am going to look at that in more detail, looks really interesting. I look scarily like the girl with the red hair - I have red hair!

Am looking forward to the Biggest Loser starting next week on ITV :D

But I have a banging headache (probably from all the carp I've had today :o) so I am off to bed. Thanks for your support, as ever, ladies - 'talk' to you tomorrow :)

I love it, watched it last year too. I think you should be able to watch it on the RTE player, last year Irish people were following it from all over the world so you should be able to watch it. Even the supermarkets here plan on making it easy to shop for the menu items this year.

    Goodnight, talk soon x

Am here to confess a bad couple of days :o

I have lost no weight this week, I was doing OK until I went for a curry on Thursday and had pizza and cake yesterday. And I have done no exercise - in fact it's a surprise that I haven't gained weight

Spends have been £20 for drinks and curry with a friend on Thursday :), £9 on pizza last night then £20 today for my nails, Superdrug and my lunch from M&S

Have bought 4 days worth of Slim Fast (on 2-4-1 in Superdrug) to give me a kick start then need to get onto a proper sensible eating plan AND DO SOME EXERCISE :o

I think I will need to review my budget next month, it looks like I have been too strict :( Don't get paid for 23 days and have about £70 left - I don't have any nights out planned but it's my Mum's birthday before I get paid. Haven't been really spendy this week (maybe £10ish on non essentials) and haven't done any big social stuff so I don't think my budget is workable! And my fuel bill yesterday was £45 rather than the usual £40 for the week  so looks like I have underbudgeted there too

    I feel your underbudgeted pain.

I know you have a 'living a life alongside debt repayment style budget' ... but only £10 on non essentials as well as £20 for curry & drinks, £20 for nails & £9 on pizza all adds up sweetie, to nearly £60.

Could you perhaps find a cheaper way of having nails done, or maybe less often. Little adjustments can make a big difference :)
