I won the fabric!! I am really pleased, sat here all evening refreshing the page lol. Got it for £56 plus £10 pp so its less than half we would have paid in Dunelm Mill. Still need to get some plain to go with it but they got that on Ebay as buy it now so can get it after Thursday when OH gets paid. Was a bit scary when another two people started bidding. I always get scared I will lose out by something like £1.0

Rufus - I just had a piney too. It was dead quiet all day, and since 4.30 I've had loads. Isn't it always the way? LOL
Yay well done for winning the fabric. woohoo
Savvy - Thanks for letting me know. No, nothing has arrived as yet, and reading through the thread, I was first to place my order. I'll have to sack OH - it's no use having a postie in the family if your post is going to be late. LOL I can't wait to see your makes.
Legend - Look at those poor people in Bristol. I hate fireworks, they terrify me, that's what got me worried. Was it DS's first one? What did he think? Did he get on OK with the bangs?
Pablo's - did you do the tutu's yet? Please post a pic.
I need to go and pick up my Mr T order tomorrow, and then I have a mountain of Christmas cards to make.I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

The house has never looked so tidy and clean. It's amazing when he does things he leaves a trail of destruction, I clean as I go along so when I'm done so is the cleaning. Went to nephews birthday party and there was loads of us squished into a small house, dd had lots of fun playing with the birthday boys toys bless them, she doesn't stay still for long so had to chase her most of the time.
Thanks for the reminder on S&S, just entered my toothfairy code too, think I'm going to sleep shortly i'm exhausted and have aother busy day tomorrow looking after the troops I just hope I have a chance to start my uni course, already a week behind
Pablos hun, where do you get your tulle from? Have seen a few sellers on ebay but wondering if I am missing a better deal?

That's so great about the fabric Rufus, I bet your so pleased. How great is it saving so much money. I hope you put it towards something nice, great bargain
Elysia, I think they are sending deliveries via courier so no need to blame hubby. Oh I hope something arrives for me tomorrow, it's going to be a crafty evening for me if so! Hope yours arrive tomorrow too. Thanks for the info on Whittards, it's a shame they put their prices up for the hot chocs they were £4 a few months ago but we dont have a store nearby anymore so might have to treat ourselves to some.
Hope you feel better soon Legend, nothing worse than you all being poorly
That is a really lovely offer foxy dd is 2 years old, I think I will see if I can find the tulle and give it a go but we only have one fabric shop nearby and it is fairly small so i'm not holding out too much hope but you never know. Been googling sweet trees too and might have to give chocolate pinecones a go too they look great.
Hubby is ok, he's been moaning about his back more thank his injury so I think it's probably just sore now rather than painful. I think he is enjoying not having to do anything around the house. Hope evryone else is wellComping wishlist for 2017

Ooh I miss a day and theres so many posts to catch up on!
I got my tulle from ebay (paid at about half 3 friday afternoon and it came yesterday morning! super fast delivery!) I got 5 metres though, made one yesterday and completely forgot to work out how much I had used. I need to wait for more elastic to arrive which should be today or tomorrow and I'll work out how much I've used - ooh actually I could just measure what I have left! duh. I'll do that later for you! I didnt go for the cheapest I could find incase it was that horrendous scratchy stuff! Actually what age is it for? the one I've made is for a 3 year old. I'll put a picture up on my blog later because we FINALLY bought new batteries for the camera!! yay
Legendmum - the same happened to us at a fireworks display!(athough we werent near it thank god) We dont know if it was a stray firework or some kid setting them off in the field but two went flying through the crowd, luckily no-one was hit!
Elysia - I've shown OH the hot chocolate set, I'm hoping he gets the hint, I made sure to point out it was only on offer for a few days ..I doubt he'll get it lol
and most importantly I'VE REDEEMED ON IPSOS!! wooo I've been stuck 80 points away for weeks and finally managed to get through a 100 point one last night. In my excitement I completely forget to look how long the amazon vouchers take to get emailed - anyone know??May Grocery Challenge -£216/4000 -
Morning all
I have gone over £6 on C, I will need to write some more reviews if I want to get it up any more than that. I am off up the town in a little while, I have been waiting for the Bon Marche 30% off event and got the email this morning so I am going to see if I can find a top to go under my jacket. I saw one the other day like a vest kind of thing with a nice decorative neck in black.
I did a couple of surveys this morning, they were only small ones from T but all the points help.0
