Elysia - No problem hun, I was going to say I shouldn't have opened my big yap but as you didn't see my post I cannot be blamed for the mini challenge lol (just kidding, I'm sick of listing on ebay already but will slog on
)
As long as your on a private account and you start your listing as 0.99p or under your listing is free anyway, it's only when you put a reserve over 0.99p that you get charged which makes it a good time to list those more expensive items or niche items.
Hit my brick wall today I think, must get an early night to sort the car out tomorrow, was pouring down with rain so didn't fancy filling the tyres with air and getting soaked and/or illComping wishlist for 2017

Hi
I would like to join in on this challenge as well, as I am doing the other thrifty gifty challenge I will need to make the money as well!
Just gathering bits for ebay and the free listing, was going to put on this big box of action men toys I tried to sell on the board at work, but just had some one say they would like to come round and buy them on saturday.:j
Just need to catch up with the rest of these posts and sign up for surveys that everyone keeps mentioning.0 -
Flipping 'eck. Taken me ages to go through the last few pages and only not looked on for 48hrs!
Not sure if I've said something similar to this already....Finding this moneymaking thing too time-consuming with work. It'd be easier to get a part-time job I think!! And although playing bingo is fun, it takes me ages to post my bits in the forum. Am hoping for a redeem this week but it'll have taken ages to get there. Ready to give up I think! Anyone-else finding the same?
But well done to those who have made money so far!0 -
I havent been on because I have been sorting stuff out and have not had the will to post although keeping an eye on you all.
My saving/ paying off debts is really struggling financially as had to pay unexpected bill totalling about £300 in the couple of weeks before Christmas in vets bills (one of the dogs got attacked,) cracked windscreen on car and the car broke down in supermarket car park on my Christmas shop trip.:(
Have taken a photo of my first candidate for e bay so all I need to do now is find out how to transfer it to the computer and how to list on e bay. :T I rhought i would start very small and then when I know what I am doing build it up slowly.
Hope all poorly people feel better soon and 2011 is a good year.
Oh hun your xmas sounds like mineI had to go emergency vets just before xmas with a £300 bill, got a large chip in my windscreen and OHs car broke down boxing day, which only came back from garage yesterday with a bill of £800 so no paying off any debts yet.
Hopefully 2011 will be a better year!Aiming to completely pay off the credit card in 2012!0 -
Lovely to see so many MSE'rs on BP, 1st night on for a while, but still mastering forum posts so missed a lot of chat.
Looked on the replies to me post & some lovely replies from you on there but a special mention is needed:

I am only into my 2nd week natalie but I have had 1 amazon redeem and might have enough to redeem again this week if I am lucky. I find with the forums, i go on and post a couple of posts in morning a couple more later in the morning, a few in the afternoon and a couple in evening it is easier than trying 10 posts in one go. When you go onto the forum try looking right at the top as this is the latest post that has been written, I normally reply to that then check out the newbie section. I am sure you will get quicker as you go along.
Really need a kick up the bum to sort my Ebay stuff out.
Hope everyone else is doing well.0 -
Hi all, eBay items are selling for pennies but pennies more than putting them in the bin, will add some more on the free listing weekend, thanks for the heads up,
BP half way to another voucher, all free money
Don't give up just take it a bit easier and build surveys and bingo into your day when it suits you, it won't be such a chore then.
Hugs to those who need them and thanks to everyones advice and support0 -
Hiya All,
Do they email you the Amazon voucher code. I redeemed last week, so would have thought I would have received by now???Saving 2.00 coinsGrocerys set to 40.00 pwBeing Thrifty0 -
Good evening ladies.
I agree work gets in the way - so much more fun if bingo and surveys were a FT job...
Gemini - I hope your dog is ok now? Well done on your first ebay listingKec how is your pooch too?
Welcome along happycrafter
Saver I know what you mean about it being tough - how many points have you got on BP now? Like twinkle said perhaps try and split your posts up a bit during the day? I write in the newbie posts, the cg posts (people talking about their wins), winners are grinners and the slots.
Esmer - I found my voucher today in my junk inbox xDribbling my way to £11k... so far £653.69/£11000
