  • Haven't been on for a while, am still mad busy at uni, started teaching this week so have been stressed out about that - it's welcome extra money though :p

    September totals:

    viva £19.60 cash
    cup of tea £50 amazon
    autoinsight £10 amazon
    cp £10 debenhams
    vo £10 tesco

Am up for the october challenges, will do the £2.50 per day, will try to get dy back on track and will concentrate on beauty to capitalise on chow too. Definately into quidco and present watching - am going to be using all the deals and vouchers I can to do my shopping.

Meant to say - good luck everyone, we are getting near to christmas now and it's great knowing that some of the money is already in and we don't need to stress about it!

Elysia - thanks for the challenges, if you don't mind I am going to do mine as £77.50 in the month as I know some days I don't have time to do anything, is that ok? got a head start as have two 99p otems with bids on ending tonight.

cha97michelle - where do you find the time for everything you do!! I woud be over the moon if I got £30 on chow never mind £70 plus the rest!

Welcome to newbies everyone is so friendly here you will soon be earning and getting all the help you could ask for just ask anything someone always knows the answer.

Pinkfluffybabe - what on eart is cup of tea??

Is anyone getting anywhere on viva, I joined last week did 2 and haven't been able to get on any since it just says there are no surveys.

Set myself 6 reviews this week but only done 4 but never mind will try harder, going to try and get some written tonight obviously beauty ones now lol!!

For anyone who wants them these are the values for some surveys, T 15 points is equal to 0.0028p and on ips 10 points is equal to 0.072p just to make working the daily totals out a little easier.

Ah Hon, you make me sound like wonder woman. :rotfl:I'm not. Remember that I don't work, and I have kids that are pretty good most of the time and just play and get on with it. I'm also not the biggest fan of housework, and have a fabbie hubbie who helps so much and I can basically sit at the computer all evening and every Saturday and Sunday the majority of the time. I also have been known to sacrifice sleep.

I have won a 10 gold star pot on WH, so off to a good start as it took me to 350 and a £10 amazon voucher. Easy. No idea when that one will arrive, but i presume not all month. Any ideas anyone?

DH has been on all day making a little pen for the dog for the garden. He's done a fab job, but I can't believe how long it has taken him. I've been on Cha most of the day. I've just gone past 150 Qs so I have earned £4.50 plus will qualify for the £2 bonus. Now an extra £1 for every 80 Qs I manage.
  • Hello everyone - well my total for September is....£9.80 (or whatever the viva payment was..I cant remember now!) haha how rubbish compared to all of you! I'm working on it though.

Finally got round to sorting out all the textbooks, going to list them on ebay tomorrow as I will never actually sort out putting them on Amazon and I'm fed up of them being in the house now! Some of them are quite creased so doubt I'll get much but I'll try, every little helps. OH said he'd post them if they sell so I wont even have to walk to the post office - brilliant!

I'm also considering trying to sign up and do some reviews this month! I've not got anything planned for tomorrow so will have a read through some examples and maybe try!

Been such a lovely day! Sat outside and knitted some more of the blanket, off out for dinner for OH's Grandads 81st Birthday later so I need to go and get ready, finding something half decent that still fits may be a bit of a problem though...

Well done Legend, that is a great total! I appear to be spending more than I am making at the moment, but have a bag full of ebay items that I have photographed and am going to write up the listings tonight and put on at some point tomorrow.
Went on T website last night, and managed to grab a couple of bits - the Horrid Henry set, a football set (£30 down to £7) and got the Polly Pocket boat, ok I paid the £12 for it, but dd will be well chuffed. Sains have got 25% off all TU clothing so went and bought kids pjs' to put away for Christmas, and got myself some new sunnys too - £12 down to £4.50!
OH is having a productive day today, he has revarnished all the patio furniture ready to put it away for winter lol, he is now jetwashing the patio, so I feel obliged to cook steak and chips for him for tea lol.
DS played his first away match today - team lost, but he scored 2 cracking little goals, so we treated him to PH at lunchtime, didn't spend more than £20 on a meal for 4 which was pretty great!
I am up for the £2.50 a day challenge, it worked for me a couple of months ago, I am also doing the £100 in 100 days to Christmas - you are only 2 weeks behind if you want to catch up now!
Keep up the good work everyone, I really enjoy reading what everyone is up to and how you are getting on with the challenges.

Thanks for doing the equations Emma - I meant to do it, and my Dad turned up. It went out of my head then. You do what you like hun. The challenge is just there as something to aim for. Get doing those beauty reviews and you can get £70 on Chow too :)

    Fab totals Legend. woohoo. :D

Chick - thanks for finding that out for us. I have a few I can paste over now. :)

I've been good and written another review while DD was out with OH. Definately not crown worthy, but it's a review ;)

Michelle - for perfume reviews, have a look on Boots website, or the the manufacturers'. All the notes are there, you just have to word it differently ;)

Pink - well done hun. Your totals are fantastic too.

Just off to cook tea, see you all later.

Thanks michelle, will find some time to sit down and review as many of my products as possible. I have a ridiculous amount stashed in the bedroom which needs to be used and sorted so perhaps I will use them, review them and decide whether they stay or go from there. I have a feeling if I follow your tips I should do well this month, time allowing of course :)

Well done on your totals everyone, lets keep it up for October :D

No secret money making Legend, it's just been one of those weird months where I have had my finger in all the pies, had a fair few things stashed away from the sales that I didn't really need so decided to swap them for vouchers and sold old stuff here and there. Thing is when you get going it really does add up, although the late nights and early starts to get that much perhaps wasn't worth getting ill over.

Welcome to our newcomers, hope you post here some more, everyone is really lovely and joining in really helps motivation too, these girls have given me a good kick up the bum when I have needed it and I can tell you it's been the difference between a lovely year and a fantastic Christmas to look forward to rather than having a stressful run up to Christmas. The company isn't all that bad either ;)

Sounds an absolute plan to me Savvy.

We do all seem to have a good time here don't we. I think as we all share and don't just keep it to ourselves do we. I always think there are enough pots online to share round us all, and the more eyes looking the better we will all do. I've upped my game no end since joining you all.
