Ahh bless him. :) Yep that's more or less what I had to do, but it was thick syrupy sugar water. Yuk. I can still taste it now. I don't take sugar in anything so it was double Yuk. :D

  • Thanks Elysia hon. I really appreciate that. It is so deathly quiet over there. Payout day was today, and I have managed to get to £40, but payout is when you reach £50. I am going to work my little socks off there between now and the 20th of October, as I have the pup to pay for now.

cornish I will keep my fingers crossed for you for the test, and nicky, I hope all goes well with the test. So much to worry about when pregnant isn't there.

Almost forgot, my DY cheque arrived today, only 9 working days. I also got £3 off my survey arrive in paypal. All helps doesn't it. I think I need a walk to the bank tomorrow and pay it in.
  • Sounds great Michelle and it's looking good. If there's any spaces any time - can you let me know? I think I might quite like that. It gets boring inbetween surveys, and there's only so many reviews I can read. ;)

Come on Mrs - it's late. You'll be no good to anyone tired. I'm off now too.

    Night night. Take care x

Yipee the car finally got emptied, so theres some goodies to add to the xmas prezzies.
Just sorted out Miss Hoodies bday, coz got the Argos catalogue out, she'd marked stuff off, it was me + my shadow, took me 2hrs to reserve 3 items!!

Off mum + dad - Club penguin table top gam and Hello Kitty watch
me - simpsons cludeo, chocolate making machine, hello kitty backpack+ stationary set

off Bailey - Hello Kitty make up bag and matching toilettry bag.

Sure there be a few little nick nacks added it.

Next plan of action is to sort out the shed, looks like a junk shop, so everyone will have their own bag, and easier to see what we need. The plan is get everything wrapped 1st couple weeks of Nov, start other courses in Nov.

That's good news - well done on being so organised Mum2one.

She will have fun there. It's a shame they don't do it when it's warmer though. Brrrr. I'm thinking of putting the heating on.

    What's everyone's plans today then?

My first plan is to write a list of sites I need to visit everyday. Somehow I keep forgetting to go on one poll, and I could have cashed out by now, if I did. :(

I'm off then to a local toyshop. DD wrote her letter to Santa yesterday, she only chooses 5 things. I've bought them all - but yesterday she changed her mind, and wrote a totally different set of 5. She's been told she can't change it once it's written, so I should be ok now (hopefully) ;)

Elysia - I put all the ones i need to remember everyday to check on the bookmarks bar (chrome and firefox) I have different sites on each browser. I always go to this MSE site on Chrome as OH uses firefox and I dont want him to suddenly start looking up the history and spotting my messages on here as some are about his presents. So if I am buying something for him I also do it on chrome then I can delete the history and he is none the wiser.

I remembered yesterday that I had joined McCain last year, so I went back on it again yesterday. I am only on 400 points but I have added it to the top so I remember to check it.

I had a couple of surveys this morning that I qualified for, cant remember what they were for now though.

I won a prize off a blog giveaway for some sewing bits, really excited as not won any sewing bits before.

Well Elysia it is against my religion to put the heating on before October! Although I did put it on 1 morning as DS was having a bath and it was a bit nippy out!
Mum2One bet Miss Hoodie will live it! I still dont get why they send them on these things at this time of year! I remember I went to some camp thing when I was in school we went in October and it was awful weather for abseiling and rock pool investigations!!
My plan for today is to finsih painting fish on the bathroom wall, dont ask think I was trying to be artistic but I am no Van Gogh! Also need to write 1 of those lists as signed up to McCains yesterday although I am sure I have signed up before but cant remember which email so just joined again! Also need to wrap Octobers birthday presents whilst DS is in school! Dunno whether to buy a birthday cake today or try and get a reduced 1 tomorrow as I hit the big 28 at 2.45am tomorrow!!!
I too keep forgetting 1poll but to be honest it seems to have slowed down on there I get the odd 15p now and then but I remember when I used to log on there was a huge list of 8 different ones! Also need to check TCB as I am waiting on money clearing! I have 37 cleared 23 in process and 10 waiting so once its all cleared thats a nice little amount!
Oh my God I havent half gone on!!! Have a good day ladies!

  • Legend I don't usually but it's so cold. Just in case you don't get back on, have a wonderful birthday tomorrow. I hope you get some wonderful presents. You've got to buy your own cake? Go and tell OH to get you one. ;)

Rufus - good idea batman! Why didn't I think of that! I have them listed in my favourites list at the side, but it's a mixture of everything and I have to scroll down about 300 links to find my survey sites.

  • Morning guys.

Quite lovely here today. Feels cool, but the thermometer in the house says 20 degrees, so no heating going on yet. I need to rehang the patio door curtains though ASAP. We took them down in March when we redecorated before getting the sofa, and I notice on a night when I am sat at the computer next to the door that it is chilly, and this would stop that.

I've had a little walk this morning, booked myself an eye test for Friday, and paid my cheques into the bank. I just got some cash out too, to put to one side to pay for the pup. It's only part of it, but my DY and C money would dwindle otherwise if left in the current account till i need to pay for it.

Logged onto Cha. I want to hit at least £200 before the next payout, so i worked out that is 182 Qs per day. Doesn't sound so bad when you do it like that.

Elysia after browsing the forums, I noticed that they have let some people do the tests and been accepted but they are not able to answer Qs until the demand picks up. They will be let on the system in order of being accepted, so if you fancy it, it may be worthwhile getting the tests done in the hope it picks up quickly. You go to http://becomeaguide.co.uk/ and put in your details. You can get a feel for it, and then be ready when they are. Hope that helps. I have it down to between 4 and 10s for most answers now, so it is just running a lot in the background. I've realised it wasn't worth my while me trying to answer it all when they have people that they pay more than me to do it. I can mostly get on doing other stuff between Qs.

Got to go get DS2 now. Can't wait till he's there 3 hours now as it is so much running round this week. Catch you all later. x
