Hey everyone, not had much time to do surveys this week, especially yesterday when all those Viva ones came on! Managed to do half of one whilst getting ready for a meal and then I left it on my comp in the hope I could finish it off when I got home, and it worked! Was pelased with that. Going to stick some tv on now and hope I can do a few more, only £3 off redeem so would love to get that in today! Also only £1 off on VO when they clear so going to hope there is something on there :D

Thanks for the heads up on Tesco, just been and got a pair of disney wellies for lil lady and 5 pack of vests, 2 pairs of jeans for mini man and 4 t shirts and shirt, all for £19 - very pleased with this as a lot of it was reduced, then i got the 50% off at the till.

Plus I headed to focus as they are shutting down, so there was already 40% of paint, then a further 50% at the till, so i got 2 tins, one the same as my living room to touch up, and another to finish decorating my daughters room, over £40 worth for £12.49

and i have just come home to find a letter to invite me to the child minder briefing session, i have been waiting for months, because of council cut backs they did not know when the next one would be, so now I can get the ball rolling on becoming a child minder - I really cant wait.

Forgot to say, if anyone missed out on shop and scan through survey head, there was a trusted survey on swagbucks last night that had shop and scan on it.

Doing a lot of rating today. Typical that i slogged to get to £50 on DY, now i am £1.15 over, as you go mad, and then people slowly return the rates. I need to keep pushing as i tend to be good for a little bit and then slack off for a bit. I'd love to hit £50 again by the end of July. Some work there though, but better to have a target and fail, than no target and miss out.

Seems like everyone's doing really well. Sorry I haven't posted for a while, I'm super busy at work. This last half term is always SO crazy but I'm on the countdown until the lovely Summer holidays now :)

I finally qualified for a survey on Viva so got £1 there. I also signed up to S.head as I wasn't on that one. They added £3.09 to my account but then I didn't qualify for any of the surveys they suggested. I hope that's not going to be another one where I get nowhere.

Oh, I also did my weekly go on McCains and got 35 points added. Is there a way to get points quicker on that or is it just through playing the games? I saw a link to a survey once but every time I clicked it did nothing.

I've had a rubbish day so far. Switched my netbook on to discover some evil virus calling itself xp antivirus 2012

After lots of to-ing and fro-ing I've got rid of it and changed my important passwords but it's made me really wary (not to mention grumpy!) so I've not achieved much.

VO screened me out but I might list the ebay stuff on my iphone later if I feel more reasonable!!

Hope others are having a better day than me

I just logged on to onepoll and they reversed my insurance - boy did i send them an email.
I questioned a couple of weks ago why it was still pending and they said i had to wait 6 months, so i waited six months and asked what was happening and they reversed it. So I have politely asked them why and told them to put it back....lol

I made a couple of cards today here, i working my way upto making xmas cards but dont seem to be getting there. I will tomorrow, I have everything prepared:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Susan - beautiul cards hun. Do you know you can enter your cards into more than one challenge? Here's a site that lists loads of challenges, and you work through them, seeing which ones suit your cards best. The more you enter, the better chance you have of winning. ;)

Pink - so sorry to hear about the virus, and I hope you have a better day tomorrow.

Nicky - lots going on a dd's school lately so I understand how you feel. You must be extremely busy. Not long now though. Is DS and bump ok?

Michelle - quote: better to have a target and fail, than no target and miss out. I agree - shoot for the moon, and even if you fail, you'll be among the stars. :)

Bunbun - I saw your post on the penny thread. Sorry OH didn't get your chocs. I haven't tried the Koko ones - I bet they would have been nice. :(

  • I managed to get another £1 off viva today, so thats £5 in 2 days :D

Just done a review on DY. Whats the best way to go about DY? I've generally been writing a review every couple days, then in between rating loads, but I don't seem to be getting very far! Would it be better to write them all over one day and just rate for the rest of the week? I dont think I could cope with writing reviews everyday :rotfl:

Boring evening planned here, not many surveys so just watching crap on tv again. Hate evenings I get so bored and lonely, suppose I could always list on ebay, the joys!!

Savvy when I went to register with clix research it turned out I was already registered! I vaguely remember signing up but didn't complete all the profile surveys as there were so many. will have to go back and do that. do they send emails for surveys/testing or is it one you have to check?
