Thank you guys I am in pieces, I have cried all night and all morning, just when I think I can't possibly have any tears left more keep coming.
I gave up everything for him, I really don't have anyone no friends and my family never wanted me anyway. I don't think I can go on I don't wnt to be here anymore. My last partner did this to me as well so it must be me, what is the point in this life?
I have got the worst migraine feels like me head will explode can barely see what I am writing so sorry if none of this makes sense you guys really are lovely x

THIS IS NOT YOUR FAULT! please please please do NOT blame this on yourself. Your partners did something wrong NOT YOU. If you really do not feel like you have anyone to turn to then maybe you could give a helpline a call to speak to someone that will listen and help you gather your thoughts? This is the number for the samaritans 08457 90 90 90. Call them and speak to them, dont feel silly, this is what they are there for, and if it doesnt feel right you can hang up, but you may find its your lifeline. And dont forget you will always have us ladies too.

Have you tried to do any writing? Write a list of why you will be glad of having him out of your life and all the things that made you unhappy. And then write a list of all the things postive about yourself and your life, your pets for example. Remind yourself that there is happiness in your life. Its so difficult to see that sometimes when lifes problems are being thrown at you. You can do this, I know you can.

Kec - I agree with giggles this is no way your fault - these men are driven by whats between their legs, they always see the greener pastures on the other side and for your ex ex doing it to you....its not you....I had to kiss alot of toads to find a prince - I alays picked the wrong ones.

I tell you how I did it and you can see we`re all strange - I `m a pisces and read in a book the best men for me would be scorpios. (total lack of self belief!!! after family put downs for years) So out I went dating if someone chatted me up, 1st thought why me? 2nd thought Are you a scorpio? What an idiot i was I had 2 x 5 year relationships with 2 scorpios believeing they`re for me. ARRRGGGG i`m stupid. They were the same in all ways and we clashed soooo much.

I stayed on my own for years - thought what the heck am I doing...I then met a guy he`s not a scorpio, in fact I dont know what he is....and he is the best thing ever IMO but it took nearly 20 years to find him....so dont you for one minute blame yourself...I wont allow it.

I started from scratch 3 times.....without any shoes once(thats another story, all my mates ask when the books coming out)....its hard I cant tell you different...but when you at the bottom the only way is up.......

There is people out there as well as your cyber buddies. We dont know where you live but I`m sure if you need someone one of us will live near you.

If you need to make some friends close to you, join a craft club, all craft stores have them, they`re cheap and they have some lovely people in them. Theres lots of other places. I could tell you more, but elysia would chuck me off for hogging her forum

We are here, chat away, use our PM`s. You`ll be ok trust me. We can all help with advice if your stuck. We all know everything between us

PS its free listing on ebay - so flog all his stuff

Susan - hog the thread any day hun.

Kec - We've all been there hun. It may not be cheating that's the root of all our problems, but we've all felt like you are at the moment, at some points in our lives. First of all you mustn't blame yourself. Did you phone the samaritans? It sounds a bit desperate I know, but if you're feeling like you can't go on, you really need their help. That's all they want to do is help, and listen. It'll do you good. It'll give you back a bit of control, as I imagine your whole world is spinning at the moment.

Phone the samaritans - they are trained, and must hear your story each and every day, so you mustn't think you're alone. People go through this everyday, and they come out of the other end smiling. You CAN do it hun. Please, please phone them.

I agree with those who've suggested the samaritans. They won't give you answers, but will listen and help you find the answers yourself x

Hi everyone, just managed to catch up reading all the posts

Hope you are enjoying your course Susan, it sounds like a really good course :)

Kec hun, men can be complete !!!!!!, even the good ones but please don't let his thoughtless actions have this kind of a hold over you. I have been through my fair share (or more so) of bad relationships and I expect most of us have too and hand on heart I can say YOU WILL GET THROUGH THIS, because you are strong, you are a lovely kind caring person and you deserve to be happy. I know the world may seem like it's crashing down around you but there is light at the end of the tunnel and in the long run you will be much happier, I promise.

First thing to do is not do anything drastic, take a step back from the situation and think about things. Your gp is also there to listen, if you are feeling hopeless they can and will help, and it does help I have been there too. If there is anything any of us can do please let us know, we are all here for you ((hugs))
