Wow - I bet you too live really close.
I wish you lot live close to me too - that'd be great. I'd love it.
The neighbour from hell moved out today. Yippee. The other neighbours have been trying to get them evicted for 8 years, (nothing to do with me - I just keep myself to myself). They told OH (postie so he has to redirect their letters) that they've been reposessed. Not good for them, but good for us.
.
Oops just noticed time, I got to pick DD up in two mins. BBLI :heartpuls M.S.E.

Thats great news on the neighbours from hell!
I did the tescos thingy today, and hoping to have a 12.00 dtd voucher from tescos. I spent 30.06p and nearly all of it was cheaper in asda. If I get the voucher it will go towards my freeview box. MSE has been a great help. Tesco are doing the double up again as well.
13.00 Clubcard vouchers I have double 30.00
13.00 on their way Double 30.00
so them doubled up to the nearest 5.00 I think...... 60.00 + 12.00 DTD voucher 72.00 going towards my Freeview at 91.86 So if all works out it will only cost me
£19.86. if I dont get the DTD there is a 10.00 off on Tesco Direct just now
Selling the oven and hob 2yrs old in May........ its in great condition and a great oven. really dont want to sell but nowhere to store it. need to see how much others are selling for add it to the pot.
Hope you are all doing well.Saving 2.00 coinsGrocerys set to 40.00 pwBeing Thrifty0 -

lol don't be daft , nothing to do with me
elysia great news about your neighbour :T
esmer well done on the tesco dtd
does it apply to an online shop or just instore ? 0 -
Esmer they round you CC vouchers down so they will be worth £25 (doubled up to £50). According to the new terms and conditions you are not allowed to spend DTD on Tesco Direct anymore
But it's worth a try, these Tesco staff don't know whether they are coming or going lately and may not know. You still won't have much to find.

Chel - it's both. You just need to check before you shop, that what you want is dearer at T (goes against the grain really) and keep all the things together, otherwise all the things that are cheaper at T, cancel each other out if you see what I mean. You are able to get back £20 in Double the difference five times per calendar month, so we can all start again from tomorrow.

Wow Michelle - that's a brilliant result! If ever you feel yourself slipping, have another look at your totals, and it will get you inspired again. It really does help.
You've done really well on Dooyoo - I don't know how you do it. I made three suggestions and have lost all motivation to write them now. I'm definately going to try much harder April. I've been slacking for a fortnight.
Right everyone - big push for the start of April. OK?
I'm on holiday too from the middle of the month so I need to pull my finger out, and I will be checking on you.

I have some suggestions from early January that i really must do before they expire. I tend to have the window open on the computer all day, and i read/rate a few here and there when the kids are playing nicely. I also try and write one review per day. I've done 66 this year, a lot of toys, but also books i've read, food we've eaten, websites. I've also had 5 crowns this year which helps.
I'm especially pleased as i last cashed out at the end of January.
You always do best at what you like doing don't you.
I also work best with a little competition like posting here and over on the MFW board.;)
My push is to get to payout on Tol, survey n3tw0rk and DY, and then get DY going on as high as i can. I'd love to reach payout every two months there if i could.0 -
parapusher wrote: »Thanks, they are for personal profit, I'm paying £10 + a raffle prize for the stall. They cost 20p per cake to make, +5p if boxed. I used to times the costs by 3, making 60p per cake, but my Mum thought it was too expensive. Some are quite fancy, I have a lemon meringue cupcake with vanilla cake, lemon curd and topped with a meringue for example, Chocolate Fudge cupcakes, and some mothers day cup cakes with sugar flowers on top. I don't want lots left though, as I go on holiday on Sunday, but I do have some room in the Freezer!
It depends on the school, but if there charging £10 per table, then in reality if you box the posher ones - add a few more pence on and also not have sticky fingers, I would say £1.00 per cake, but then also be prepared to bring prices down if necessary.
My DD's school I'm the secetary for the PTA, but the area we're in is majority of older residents, and single parent familes, we've got 180 children at the school, our parents would moan like heck if anything is over 50p, - but then I've done car boots at "posher areas" where you can ask normal price, less haggling, the area does make a massive difference.
Sorry I might not have been much help. The main thing is don't sell yourself your short. Good luck, those flavours sound lovely xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0
