    Hello all :j

 -me freaking out at the thought of Christmas !!!!! Cut up last years cards to recycle but theyre still in a box- can't even think about christmas especially as eldest son and grandchildrens pressies are still here - can't get down to deliver them no way and really I don't want anyone visiting and stopping overnight which son and family would have to do. The stress would tip me over the edge.............
The way I am at the minute everyone will get a cheque with their card............when I get around to doing cards....................lol

Had my water colours out this morning..........thinking I can do a little painting for everyone..........will cost me nothing and its quite relaxing.........mind you what I did this morning I wouldn't give to myself.....................lol:rotfl:
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

    http://www.gianinar.com/index.htm and http://stores.ebay.co.uk/gianinarbridal

I think their wesbite is not the best website in the world so doesn't show the quality of the work they can do.. but they are brill.... I sent them a picture of a particular dress and they copied to a T. The dress was £200 not made to measure here in the UK, I got it for £48 with these guys made to measure.

    Another similar place is http://www.landybridal.com/

    Hello all :j

Out came the water colours again today.............bit better this time. Only a little flower............really simple but its getting me back into the habit of painting.

susan - I went to classes 2 hours a week some years back and really enjoyed it..........when the classes finished and the tutor moved away I was determined to still carry on but didn't. Still, I did some little water colour coasters for my sons birthday last year and now I can't do much else I thought it was time to drag them out again and see what I can do............take me a bit more practise but I'm enjoying it and finding it relaxing which at the minute, for me, is the most important thing..........plus if I have an ''end product'' at the end of it there's a great feeling that I'm not useless :)

Think tomorrow it'll be getting some fabric samples out and doing a card for little grandsons birthday. It's not till June but it'll be a change for me and at least it'll be done. I've got some fabric with a teddy on so just need to fold the card and cut a 'frame' out -pop fabric in the frame and maybe do running stitch round the edge..................umm..........looking forward to doing that.:)

So soon!! better get a move on :rotfl:

tbh I don't know where January has gone, quite  how these months fly by now.

Think money wise Jan has dragged on and on, time wise where its gone I don't know, had a big list of things I planned to get done.... think done about 2 things and now remembered got anassisgnment to do!!
Delights of health and fitness and legalities at a health centre...!! how exicting.

Had a nice surprise this morning, a free book, from Radox, they have so many books a month, its the 3rd time I tried to get a freebie and it came

Got organised last weekend - well half way there - cut up an old dress, we've cut it into 2 make up bags, mp3 holder and a beach bag, used a sheet for the lining, was going to finish it this weekend, but its assisgnment time, think next sat got a tutorial for new course, want to get it done, yrs since used a sewing machine, so think that be classed as my challenge to do something new.
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
