Good morning everyone, I have only just got up :o. I asked DH for a lie in before I go back to work (only fair since he's had 2 weeks of them) so he got up when DS woke up. DS then got upset because he wanted to 'snuggle Mummy' as he's not used to me staying in bed! I had a quick snuggle with him then luckily I was able to go back to sleep.
I didn't go to bed until 2:30 last night, I started to write some Ebay descriptions and then got quite into it. I found a few summery tops I put aside for Ebay over a year ago. They're really nice, and decent makes so hopefully they will sell.

I won't be on much over the next few days :( I've got a lot of work to do before I actually go back to work on Tuesday so I will have to get my head down and do that.

Well I am sorry for all you insomniacs out there - my hubby can be a bit one sometimes (weeks on end) and of course I am not allowed to sleep when he can't! lol.

But last night was the first night in ages that I felt like I had a great sleep - I actually woke up without a headache - which has been the norm for at least a week. I suffer from migraines but havne't been having them for the past few months - but I think these headaches are the result of the release of stress from Christmas!!!

Oh well I hope for another fab sleep tonight.

Hmmmm.....has anyone else noticed this is the "Thirfty" not "Thrifty" thread???

I've seen it, have been using it to differentiate between the two threads when I look at the forum index - if this one's in the "last post..." I can click there and it brings me to where I last looked at the thread. Very convenient ;)

Today's list is not very Christmassy. We're going to:

-send three emails to the three houses we want to go and view
    -sort the glass recycling
-take four - four! - bags of rubbish out
    -take the glass recycling out
-brainstorm for more ideas for my nephews' birthday/Christmas gifts
-organise our next trip to the UK, which is relevant to Christmas because I always put loads of stuff on ebay before we go so I can post it in the UK for less money so it sells better

-a bonus thing which I may or may not do is go through my books and put any I don't want for sale or offer them to friends
-we also need to think about taking the decorations down

    Hi all

Sugarspun in your post you mentioned when you go to find this thread again you go to the forum I take it you mean Special Occasions. Have you considered subscribing instead?

I have this site on a button at the top of the computer and it goes straight into Special Occasions, then I use control panel to find my subscribed threads.

Oooooooh that's not a bad idea, I read a few threads dotted about the place and hate having to bounce about. It's worse now we're moved out of Home and Play because I can't just stay in the subforum! Thanks :)

    Now off to Be Productive.
