Elysia, was in Morrisons today, i know lots of people have posted that they have 3DS games for £25 , but i also saw 4 titles for £14.99 each so half price, I know one was Rayman, one was a car game and 2 others i cant remember, may be worth a look

I don't know rufus, that's weird *confused*. I got a code from them this morning, AUG11PRTS in the discounts and credits section should get you loads of free prints over the next while, if that's any use?

Yeah I had that one too. I will clear all my cookies and try again. Thanks xx

    Morning everyone

I emailed Artscow and they replied saying the free items for new members can only be used once a month so I cant order any more until September. They have dispatched the first lot already so I will have to see how long it takes for them to come and then I can tell whether to get the next lot sent or try to find somewhere over here that does them.

I am going up the town this morning with YD to meet up with my Bro and Sil for a chat and a look round the town. I havent been out since Sunday when I went to Dad's so looking forward to it.

sugarspun - good luck with the freebies

I`m off to pick up my new car today...yippee.

If anyone looking for some insurance for young lady drivers, i got some for DD`s friend, she only 18. With diamonds ladydriver policy. Couldnt believe it was so cheap, had to put in details 3 times and phone them. Thought it was a mistake....when you think DS is £2500, for hers to come in under £800 was amazing

I've had a strange week, not sure if it was down to the conflict on the news or because of DS who is in a bad way again. I don't feel like doing anything.

Angela - hope DS is ok? Hope your family gathering went ok? Sounds a bit worrying - things didn't go to plan.....

sugarspun - that's really annoying with your ebay buyer! You getting it sorted?
Thanks for the reminder about artscow! Forgot all about that company. Already with them though so can't do a referral sorry.

Rufus - that made me laugh about the teeth!!! lol

Mary - Blimey. Good luck with your complaint!! Poor Mr Mary!! I agree with others though - send it to EVERYONE! Fingers crossed something happens soon...

Thanks PipsMum for the Sports Direct pointer!!

elysia - you've had the studio book???? Well jell! (Ahem.... translation: I'm jealous!!)

Those of you making blackberry jam - do you sieve it? I like blackberry jam but don't like the pips and bits..... do you have any recommended recipes?

Feeling a bit behind with Christmas at the moment - in the middle of doing a cross stitch for friend's wedding in September, then I need to make Christmas gifts to sell at a friend's craft fair..... That's why I came on here actually, wanted to look for the best (and easiest) way or storing reindeer food! Will do a search in a minute!

    Hugs to all!

    Hello all :j
Hospital saga gets dafter by the minute ! Arranged to see doctor there last night -surprise surprise -no doctor there ! OH still nil by mouth and no-one knew what was going on. All I got told was to phone consultants secretary and make appointment ! Later on surgeon chap popped into the ward to see someone else so I nabbed him to see what was happening............well, him and consultant must have tossed a coin or something...he said no operation, be antibiotics and pain killers and sent home ! No-one told nurses so they still had to stick to the nil by mouth until today when at least he had lunch ! This morning surgeon chap goes round (must be consultants day off -he's nowhere to be found) and OH told he'll just be given pain killers - no antibiotics !! So, total waste of nearly two weeks ! OH says if he'll be in pain -which he has been since he went in- he may as well be in pain at home..............just hoping it doesn't get so bad that he has to be rushed in again ! Hopefully he'll be home tomorrow once consultant has been round - what a total farce !

Saw programme on tele last night about a woman with such a house full of clutter.............real hoarder she was.......so got gardener chap to clear out the 'indoor shed' room off the kitchen..........oh such rubbish he found.............lol He's chucked the bulk of it but found little first aid kit, dated 1957, RAC one, must have been my mums. All intact, plasters, safety pins -it was lovely............so got to keep that haven't I:)
Cleaning girl came and did shopping and changed bed for me and tomorrow she's coming to help de-clutter my computer room - such a heap of stuff I can't find things.........:rotfl:

    Hope you're all ok:)
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

    Hi everyone

Susan, well done on your weight loss :)

Clare, the blackberry jam, I didn't notice any pips after it was cooked (I've eaten it the last few days) but I did have to pick one out of my teeth during the taste testing stage while it was still on the stove :)

I can give you the recipe if you want, it's for refrigerator quick jam.

On the subject of pips, ex came over tonight and we were talking about kidney stones of all things, and he mentioned that when his Dad went to hospital years ago for kidney stones, he was told it was probably down to strawberries because of the pips.

You're always very busy. What sort of gift are you making for the wedding? Is it a picture?

Mary, as usual, all the best to you and OH, the saga never ends for you both. What a fantastic find during the declutter, that old box of your mum's.

Hi to everyone else. Elysia, that was interesting to read you have a princess in the family, foreign or English I wonder?
