Busy day...........well sort of. Cleaner came and I sat on the bed in the back bedroom while she sorted through all the debris and chucked some, charity shop bagged the other and put the bits I want to keep for this year in a box. Least now I can see the bed and the floor and everythings organised. Looking at it I'll have a fairly cheap Christmas:T
Drawers on my side of the bed are emptied out......sons art stuff was in one and thats now boxed up in back bedroom, bedding in wicker basket on top of wardrobe:T
Phone call this morning to say they're coming on Monday to fit stair rails and bed rail, loo seat etc. :eek:
What with that and new bed arriving Monday morning its all going to be a bit hectic to say the least !
This afternoon my wheelchair arrived:T So now I can be mobile -providing someone pushes me down to the shops..............just want some warmer weather.................lol

So thats about all thats been done today.............figure thats enough after yesterdays physio -ache like mad this morning:eek:

Bought a bit more fabric for my sister's quilt yesterday as realised I hadn't got enough. Didn't do any sewing though, may be this afternoon I might be able to get some done.

My latest Vista order had been posted early so I will get another one done in the week.

Made some more 'patchwork' notelets this morning then this afternoon our lad started dismantling beds upstairs and swapping his over for the other one.........what a racket "! Then he decided to paint an old box he's got..........dread to think what mess he's created up there..................lol Oh well, they'll me even more mess after Monday when stair rails have been sorted out and our bed moved in, our old bed moved into other room.............oh eck.......be glad when its all done.............:)
Ache today............maybe yesterday has caught up with me............I did do a lot of ''walking'' yesterday.
Hope you're all ok:) Sounds like you're all busy little bees...............lol:)

just updated my blog with a birthday card and valentines gift I made today. need to make valentine cards now and check out what cards I need to make next.

Plus I need to work out what to get as a christening gift, would like to do handmade but no idea what

just a thought can you cross stitch, could do a sampler, name weight, dob etc- you might even be able to get away with a tapestry.

Or what about a scrapbook style thingie (very technical), like 1st photo, 1st tooth, be more personal than an off the shelf version xx
