If you enlarge the barcodes on the durex vouchers and most of the others you can see that the barcode has grey bands where they should be white - this is why they have problems scanning. The originals need to be recopied and checked.

£5 vouch is a no go - so I am no longer emailing it. :) sorry, no point as Tesco do not have it.

Just to let you know that on two separate visits to my local Tesco last Friday I had the Durex voucher accepted each time. Different times of the day, different checkout people.

You should mark those visits last Friday in your Diary, Washerwoman.

You may have been the last to use them at Tesco cos the block came down on Saturday!

You'll have to buy your Durex somewhere else now if you want to use the coupon! ::) ::)

  • The following are not accepted by Tesco as they have problems reediming with manufacturer:

    Altu - 50p
    Durex - £2.00
    Altivo(?) Chips - 50p
    King of Shaves - £1.00

I have redone the barcode on the durex one,

As before - test at your own risk - as I don't know if it will work.

The bar code does not match the original. I have been able to replace it with the right number (EAN-13) but still the lines do not match the original so I doubt Tesco will honour it as the voucher has been altered. If we can get the right bar code then we have cracked it.
