Hermes delivery

When I called MyHermes yesterday they said that they were not Hermes so they could not help me.... yet they could see all my tracking information!

I am furious!
This courier is awful. How can they say they have made 2 delivery attempts when nobody has knocked on my door or left a calling card? My house is clearly numbered and easy to find so I highly doubt they could be lost.

I haven't even been given a calling card. So I am stuck here with nobody to ring! I have contacted the retailers and even they said they cannot ring Hermes as they do not have a contact number. All they have is an email.

To be honest, I dont know why anybody would choose Hermes. They are awful. I am just praying that my parcel turns up today. I am at work today so it should hopefully be left in a safe place. The retailers have said that they have requested for it to be left in a safe place via email.......... Thats if anyone checks the emails at Hermes............

Looking at this website http://www.hermes-europe.co.uk/ it would seem that Hermes and MyHermes are the same company aimed at different sectors. So that would explain why they can see each others tracking. I agree the website isn't very helpful, there doesn't appear to be any phone numbers listed at all just an email contact form and a 'track your item' box. The website does though imply that Hermes itself uses their own couriers rather than the self employed contract type courier that MyHermes use so it may be worth seeing if this websites tracking is better than the MyHermes version.
