Hiyah, I chased up the prize the same day as my last post and I got an e-mail saying they would look into it. It arrived a couple of days after that. Did you try the Quidco rep on here again? Maybe they can help?

yes I have been in contact with Julie the Quidco rep, Julie has been very helpful, its just unfortunate that it is a different department to hers that deal with the competitions. I will be e-mailing The Institute of Promotional Marketing for advice if fobbed off tomorrow by Matt.

Wow, that is very disappointing from QUIDCO. Mind you, QUIDCO are slow to pay out their cashback too. Hope you get it sorted soon. Can't believe it has taken so long.

hamper arrived last week very happy. thank you Julie at quidco for helping sort everything out.
