    I have tried pm'ing the rep but I am getting a message saying

    "quidco Company Representative has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her".

    I will see if they are online tomorrow sometime.

    Really strange had a phone call saying it was off quidco and to check my emails no email off them the number is 0018082344558 is that there number?

    many thanks to everyone who replied to my post giving support and advice. I have received an email from Rosie Eachus from Quidco sending their apologies and have been told that a hamper will be sent out once they receive one.
