    Greetings,

Well. The date went well but was very messy and I had a right bad head yesterday. Twas also expensive as I insisted on more booze for us  Picked my lovely sis up at the airport yesterday and took her home. We had a grand day at Mum and Dads and I came back up last night as I was working today. It was the busiest Saturday of the year for us (as predicted) and we took really good money. Talking of money:

    Purse: £50.86
    Clothes £20 (I owe this fund £15.50)
Groceries: £21.40 left and plenty in.
    Wedding Fund: £102.50 left.

In other wedding news I took the dress to get shortened the other day and it is a bit SNUG so will have to be mindful of what Im eating this week, except when out with sis and my workmates on our planned nights out on Monday and Thursday of course :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Nights in will be all about light meals, fish and veggies and Il be on the excercise ball to keep the old tum tight. We're only talking a few pounds but on a shortie like me it makes all the difference!

Working tomorrow so out for a quickie with one of the gays later, having a fester just now. Had cheap chinese sauce with prawns and veg rather than a takeaway to save cash and not be so fat!!!

Girls, I LOVE Lord Sugar too. Tis okay!

Hmmmmm well you wouldnt let me fancy Eddie Izzard :o .... but S'rallun is loaded & I do like a straight talking man, so I'll let you off :D

Souk - Glad your sister arrived safely & I know what you mean about the weight to height ratio. If I was 5'10 at my weight, I'd be super slim ... but take off 6 inches & you get super curvy instead :rotfl:

I'll let you fancy Eddie Izzard Lula - I can understand that much easier than the Sir Alan thing. Though I suspect I may be way too low maintenance for Eddie's tastes :rotfl:

    Thanks Rosa -

at least I could borrow Eddie s makeup if I ran out & he is funny. I can imagine getting fired by S'rallun for not being ambitious enough ;)

:rotfl: I'd get fired for calling Sir Alan an evil capitalist and insisting on fairtrade organic ethical everything.

Eddie wouldn't be at risk of me pinching his make-up, but I fear he may disapprove terribly of my beloved Teva hiking sandals. Like ShoeGal is probably hyperventilating at the idea :rotfl:

  • oh do they still make Tevas? Mine have finally died after 13 years! I kid you not! (I don't use them for their intended serious purpose though!)

Souk, I'm really glad you had a lovely time with your sister - I can't remember how long she is here for, will you get to see her again before she goes back?

what are you wearing for the wedding? I have seen the shoes but not the frock :)

I have noooooo idea what these are but suspect I would hate them :rotfl::rotfl:

And as Lula said, I am another one who's not tall enought for her weight! :p
