As soon as you get it back you need to demand a free month, if you haven't had internet for most of the month then you shouldn't be paying for it. Threaten to change internet provider too due to the terrible customer service.

I got a good credit to my account when I called them when I lost internet for a fortnight and I at least could still keep up with MSE on my phone!!

Just to let y'all know that Souk is doing well but is still sans internet - and being driven insane without it

We've had a lovely day in Edinburgh in the sunshine and had a relatively MSE lunch - and a good drop of wine :rotfl:
