Yes, that's why there's a red Warning box stating:Warning! This is an AUTO-generated list, errors can and do happen. Always double check the price first yourself.
Yes but that's just designed to cover themselves in the event that they inadvertently miss some minor price changes, which is clearly quite easy to, especially with the numerous different small 084/7 using providers they list.
However price changes by the main fixed landline operators are much more infrequent and in this case they have had a direct email to their designated email address (callchecker@moneysavingexpert.com) from me for some time now pointing out the errors, which they have simply persistently ignored. Even attempting to send a Message to Martin Lewis though his Facebook page or posting a reply to one of his messages (the only way to post on his page) is ignored.
So I don't think having a short term get out for errors excuses a long systematic failure to appropriately update errrors in the Call Checker when they are brought to MSE's attention. That to me seems like Deliberate Negligence on MSE's part.0 -
The prices on the international call checker are seriously and consistently incorrect when you select talktalk landline - by up to about 10p per minute. It makes it quite useless.
Is there a possibility of it being amended? (The page says it is updated daily)
Correct pricing at the links below;

Be aware that TalkTalk charge all calls to 0844 numbers at a standard rate of 4.57 pence per minute NOT the 2.57 pence per minute quoted by MSE for 0844 200 8585.
I have contacted them and been told that this is correct and that they will be advising MSE accordingly!0 -

They dont charge 4.57P a minute to call all 0844 numbers they charge depends on the charge band they are in.
Eg 0844 200 8585 is in the G22 band and is charged at 4.57p a minute plus 16p connection.
EG 0844 848 xxxxx is G 6 band and is charged at a stonking 9.62p a minute plus 16p connection

16 pence connection fee should be enough to put anyone off to start with, whatever the per minute tariff (which sounds like nearly double what you'd see elsewhere).0

I just had quite a surprise...
Dialed via Planet Talk, somebody answered (which wasnt my mother), so I assumed I dialed the wrong number. Fair enough.
Re-dialed, telephone started ringing, after a few rings the tone has slightly changed and after a couple more a male voice said what I think "hello" in completely unknown language!
!!!!!!?! My mother is elderly and cant snatch receiver after couple of rings so instead of disconnecting me as no reply I have been connected to something for the sake of connection fee?0 -
I have been connected to something for the sake of connection fee?
Whats the point because as soon as you you hear the recorded announcement the connection charge is raised, and you start paying before you input the final destination number anyway. So they gain nothing from putting you through to a wrong number.0 -
I was wondering how StoryTelecom manage to do this on a free from BT landlines 0845 number, when all of the other companies listed are on 0844 numbers? Furthermore, I am pretty sure I searched at the end of last year and they weren't on the list for Greek landlines, but now are somehow. They have plenty of votes showing, so can't be new. Anyone know anything about them?

The calls would not be free/ inclusive from a BT line. BT charge for calls to 0845 dial through access numbers.

Thank you for replying oldharryrocks, but I have used this 0845 number a few times now and have 100% not been charged by BT.0
