I recommend hitman pro, it has sorted out a few of my friends computers that they thought they would have to wipe, it runs several programs in one sitting that cover spyware, virus's the whole lot. I think it was recommended on here but I'm not 100% sure.

Ariva AntiVir PersonaL eDITION cLASSIC seems quite good scans and cleans. I think has limited time and does have pop ups0
