Hi,
Wondered if any one could advise me on the following.
If a website advises the cost of a product way below the correct price and they take this money and send out the goods, can they then claw this back or charge me again?
Any help is appreciated.

But have they actually sent out the goods?Gone ... or have I?0 -
yes my mum signed for it this morning. They sent me a dispatch email last night which I didnt get till this morning. Then it arrived?? However they have only charged me 2p0

So what do you think you should do? Ignore the law, think about the moral side of it. If someone paid you 2p for something that was worth £450 what would you do?Gone ... or have I?0

They have up to six years to claim the money from you from the conclusion of the transaction. Therefore, I would siggest you keep the funds available for them, as they will notice a major discrepancy.Best Regards

How can they claim it back when it was advertised at that price and sent out? As part of the terms and conditions it advises payment will not taken until the order is processed. Payment has now been taken surely this should of been picked up before now.....?

Has this 2p debited your account physically, or is it just pending for that amount? Only, it is likely it has come off your available balance as 2p and they will take £450.Best Regards
