    We have had Chinese takeaway on xmas eve since I was 10 years old. Even when I left home I carried on the tradition but this year the hubby and I have invited my parents and sister over and we're cooking ginger glazed roast ham and macaroni cheese and tiramasu for pudding. YUM!!

    Pasta bake made with Ikea reindeer pasta :)

    It's all about the simplicity.

    :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: I hope your DD isn't under 10 :rotfl:

    She's 9 :D but she knows I'm only joking as I've told her she's eating Bambi before when we've had venison :o.

    Reading that back I've probably scarred her for life :eek: :D

  • We have garlic dough balls, chinese chicken kebabs, sticky bbq ribs, cocktail sausages, cocktail sausage rolls, chicken strippers, pigs in blankets and sweets. We just set everything out on the coffee table in the living room, give everyone a plate (paper to save on washing up lol) and they help themselves while we watch a film.

    Yes :) It's in the oven now, nomnomnom, and I need to ice the cakes and make the Welsh rarebit muffins for tomorrow and I'm done for the night!
