just a takeaway and then a marathon present wrapping session! x
  • I'm being mean this year. :o I bought reindeer steaks from Lidl and I'm going to make them into a casserole and serve it up with a comic relief red nose garnish and call it Rudolph stew :rotfl:. Hopefully my DD sees the funny side or it'll be McD's. :D

I'm working so it will be sandwiches from my lunchbox I expect !
Thanks to MSE I cleared £37k of debt in five years and I was lucky enough to meet Martin to thank him personally.
  • We are very fortunate as our friends invite us for Christmas dinner (held on the evening of the 24th), I believe this year their will only be 25 of us (often 30+) we have joined them for many years. If this wasn't our tradition, I would wish to follow coco1980's Christmas eve.

We go to see a Pantomime then go out for dinner, it means ds is out of the house and not getting too hyper, then we go home open our xmas pj's and watch a chritmas dvd, so looking forward to it :)

Think I'll keep this in mind for future years to see if we can in corporate it somewhere, I'll also try to include the grandparents and cousins.

Supper at my mum and dad's as I do Christmas / Boxing day. My dad usually makes a goulash / beouf bourgignon or similar and it's lovely :D
